Customers living in major cities and buying goods from international e-retailers will usually receive their goods within 15 days of placing the order. Customers living in smaller cities and towns and buying goods from international e-retailers will receive their goods normally 21 days after placing the order. Customers buying goods from domestic e-retailers and living in major cities will normally receive their goods within 5 days. Customers buying goods from domestic e-retailers and living in smaller cities will normally receive their shipments within 15 days. Delivery time may vary depending on your e-retailer. You can follow your order using My Orders.
The delivery cost has been paid by the retailer. You can upgrade your delivery options to include Change of Address, Delivery at a specific time, Self Pick up. These upgrade options are available in My Orders.
The goods will be customs cleared by our customs experts. You will be sent easy to follow instructions regarding which documents will be required.
For shipments with a value of less than 1000 euro you will normally not be required to pay any Duty and VAT. High value shipments and some specialist items however will require the payment of Duty and VAT. You will be notified in advance of the requirement to pay additional charges. Duty and Clearance charges must be paid in advance in My Orders.

You can change the delivery address in My Orders but only before the goods leave the Moscow airport. You cannot change the delivery address when the goods are already with the courier and the delivery already in progress.
You can change the Delivery Time by using the upgrade options in My Orders.
You can collect your own shipment from a Pick Up location. You need to book this upgrade in My Orders before the goods leave the Moscow airport.
If the courier is unable to deliver the goods they will return a second time. If a second delivery is not possible your goods will be held in a Pick Up location and you will be expected to collect the goods from this location. You will be advised of this change.
If you are not happy with your purchase please contact the Retailer.
If you want to return the goods please contact the Retailer who will arrange collection of the goods.
